Wedding Gown Preservation Kit

1. Complete Documentation: Fill out the Order Form and Alternate Delivery Card. You can choose home or work address delivery, and consider Celebrity Line Upgrade and Personalization options.
2. Mark Problem Areas: Use only the provided stickers to mark stains requiring special attention. No need to mark the hemline as it's routinely treated.
3. Package Your Gown: Place your gown and accessories in the provided bag with the white and yellow copies of forms and any additional payment. Secure with the twist tie and place in the box.
4. Save Receipt: Remove the bottom portion of the shipping label and place it on the back of the pink order form. Keep the pink copy for your records.
5. Seal the Box: Fold down all flaps as directed and seal with provided tape or your own. Attach the prepaid UPS shipping label to the box.
6. Ship: Give to any UPS driver, drop at a UPS location, or call 1-800-PICK-UPS to find the nearest location.

Your preserved gown will be returned to your specified address within 4-6 weeks.
