  • If we ship the wrong size, color, or style ordered—or if your order can’t arrive in time—we’ll issue a full refund or credit.
  • We aren’t able to offer returns or refunds for any other reason.

About Our Prices

  • Prices on our website follow the Designer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
  • Designers don’t allow their styles to be sold online for less than MSRP. If you see a lower price elsewhere, it’s likely a counterfeit or poor-quality imitation.
  • Our in-store prices may differ since our in-store experience includes our tailored personal service.

We aim to keep our website pricing accurate. If we find an error, you’ll have the option to cancel or place a new order at the correct price. We’re unable to honor incorrect prices due to our agreements with designers.
